I saw that you have Must Read books on your blog, I read "Bee Season" on our honeymoon! I loved it! With work and all I don't have that much time to read but "Three Junes" has my attention, are you reading anything at the moment?

Hi Lisa! I'm always reading something...I'm really unhappy if I'm not in the middle of at least one book. Usually, I'm in the middle of several.
I just finished Dr. Robert Mendelsohn's How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of your Doctor. I took it with several grains of salt, but it did raise a few good points.
I'm now in the middle of The Scientist in the Crib, What's Going On In There: How the Brain and Mind Develop in the First Five Years, and Super Baby Food (not really a page turner, though--more like a reference).
As for fiction, I'm getting Gregory Maguire's latest, Mirror, Mirror, for Christmas. I really enjoyed his novel Wicked, and I'm hoping this will be interesting as well.

I decided to take a little break from novels and start reading periodicals again during my commute. I get so many magazines, that I felt bad neglecting them in favor of fiction... But, I read: "The New Yorker," "The Atlantic," "Mothering," "Parents," "Parenting," "Child," "The New York Review of Books," "EW," "Premiere," and "Vanity Fair." As for novels, there are a bunch I want to read. I will update the books list on the sidebar soon!

I'm reading "What's Going On In There: How the Brain and Mind Develop in the First Five Years" too! I'm making Marc read "Family Bed" and like Sandie I have a plethora of periodicals to read.I have Hip Mama, Parents, Lucky, Instyle and Parenting to read at the moment. Somehow I always get drawn to the web  I just started reading "Dreaming Water" by Gail Tsukiyama, I'm liking it...

I just received John Grisham's Skipping Christmas and am eager to get started reading it this weekend :D.
Other than that, I try and read my magazines but have little time for books, sadly. I need to make more time ;).

I finished "The Autobiography of Santa Claus," by Jeff Guinn, before M was born. It was our book group selection for last week's meeting. I enjoyed it; it would be perfect for reading a chapter a night with an older child.
Now, I'm working on "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister," by Gregory Maguire.

Lately it's more periodicals and parenting books, than novels. I'm a magazine junkie. "National Geographic: Adventure," "National Geographic," "Backpacker," and "O" are my must-reads. I'm still in mourning over the demise of "Victoria." I'm also reading a terrific parenting book, "Playful Parenting," and try to sneak in a trashy mystery when I get a chance. Not nursing any more has cut into my reading time! Who knew? :)
