Oh my.......I am so tired. I couldn't fall asleep last night, it was well after 1AM before I finally passed out. Then Hank woke up and wanted to nurse. All. Night. Long. He'd fall asleep, and I'd delatch him. He'd wake up and scream. I'd relent, give the girls back. Repeat. Repeat. REPEAT. Until I finally got up, at 6, after fighting with him for well over an hour about who the girls *really* belong to.
I am so tired. And I'm helping host a 30th birthday surprise party tonight. I'm making food to take, and I sincerely hope I don't fall asleep at the kitchen counter. Wonder how much make up it will take to cover these bags under my eyes.
He has been flat REFUSING all solids lately. OY. This means he wants to nurse that much more. OY.
So how is everyone else doing this (early) morning?

I'm pretty cheery, considering that I went to sleep at 1AM too. BUT my reason is that I took the husband to see "The Return of the King." That's twice even before it gets to theaters. It was amazing!

Oooh! It was amazing? I may be going to see it on opening day--our company reserved a theater for an afternoon showing.
I went to bed at a decent hour, but Liam nurses all night, every night. Granted, he's much younger than Hank, but man, every night he is attached to the boob and he often gets *really* upset if I roll over. Thankfully he's pretty much able to latch his little self on now.

Bridget, we had one of those nights last night, too. DH's family had their Christmas get-together this weekend bc his brothers will both be with their wives' families at Christmas. DH's parents treated their 3 sons and wives to dinner out at a little restaurant here in town and kept all the kids (8 ranging in age from 17 months to 17 years - the older ones helped with the younger ones). We got back to IL's house after 10 and Hannah had just fallen asleep. Of course she woke up when we put her in the car and then the rest of the night she was up screaming every couple of hours at most.
